We purchased Esther from Whispering Meadows Farm because of her soft, silky fiber and wonderful conformation.  She was a joy in the show ring, taking 1st and Reserve Grand Champion Light/Medium Wool Female at the 2001 Virginia State Fair, and then placing fourth at Eastern Regionals.  She has passed this winning conformation to her daughter, Avalon.  Esther sells with a free breeding to one of our herd sires.
